Don’t forget about the important dates coming up for the RK VIP Program! By February 1st, 2012, 25% of all camper fees are due. The camper fees at this time will be the 2011 rates ($5.00 discount per camper). You will receive a 2012 RK Hat per camper fee; they will be delivered at camp, and a confirmed campsite reservation, based upon camper deposits & campsite size.
By getting your 25% camper dues in by February 1st, and your unit has at least one unit leader attend both pre-camp meeting and signs up for an FOS/2012 Summer Camp Presentation, your unit will still be available for the RK VIP program. Just a reminder, RK VIP Incentives are:
Limited Edition RK VIP Patch (Philmont Rules) for each paid camper – Received upon arrival at camp.
Express Check-in: your gear will be delivered to your campsite where a snack will be waiting for you.
Coffee & a newspaper will be delivered to your campsite each weekday morning
Preferred Dining Hall Seating - Enter the dining hall first to tablecloths & flowers

Many of our facilities are open year-round. All Cub Cabins, the Cub Scout Dining Hall, and three Boy Scout cabins are available for rental this winter for your
Scouting unit or your family.
The Cub Scout administrative building is also available for day rentals for meetings and all facilites are heated and have hot and cold water. Bathroom facilities are availbable either in the units or nearby at a heated shower house.
