Points the Way
The Order of the Arrow is the National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America. Its purpose is to recognize those campers who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives, develop and maintain camping traditions and spirit, promote year-round and long-term resident camping, and cheerful service to others.

In just one year, the Order of the Arrow will host two exciting events:
SummitCorps - The New River Experience
This event, a hybrid of ArrowCorps5 and the OA High Adventure programs will be help in July 2011. The New River Experience will provide service to the New River Gorge National River in West Virginia. Upgrading the trail bed of the Garden Grand Hike and Bike Trail, along with invasive species removal will be the focus of the project. The Garden Grand Hike and Bike Trail connects the New River Gorge National River to the BSA new high adventure base and home of the Jamboree. More information will be coming soon!
Indian Summer
This week long activity will be held August 1-6 in Ridgecrest, NC. Mark your calendars and check back for more information.
The Spring Fellowship, Ordeal and Brotherhood weekend was an amazing success. During this event, fifteen members earned their Brotherhood and thirteen others went through their ordeal and were initiated into the Order of the Arrow. Congratulation to you! Also, Check out our new leadership!

Fellowship and good food were in abundance at the Nacha-Mawat Lodge's Spring Fellowship.
